For Get Paid + Books, yes: we work in QuickBooks Online and can set it up for you. For Get Paid, we can work in the invoicing app you already use.
Yes. Keep using it for scheduling and your crews. We work alongside it so invoices and payments are tracked and matched.
Never. You connect your bank to QuickBooks yourself, or give us view-only access. We don't move your money; you approve every bill payment.
No. We keep your books and payments clean and hand your CPA a tidy year-end package. Taxes and payroll stay with them.
In Pennsylvania, generally yes, with rules: up to your actual cost (capped at 3% on most cards), disclosed up front, and never on debit cards. We help you set it up correctly.
